Dr. James Knoer comes to us with the prestigious training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital, having completed his residency in 2001 after serving as Chief Resident. In 2003, he was elected as Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Knoer is known throughout Atlanta for his excellent surgical skills, compassionate bedside manner and problem solving skills with the most challenging gynecologic and obstetric problems.
